YBAZ GAMES ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Quality Time mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

Summary

Quality Time is designed with privacy in mind. All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking services.

Information Stored on Your Device

When you use Quality Time, the following information is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad:

• People you add — names and optional avatar icons or photos
• Time goals — weekly and daily goals for Green Time and Yellow Time
• Session history — records of Quality Time sessions, including duration, session type, and associated people
• App blocking preferences — your Screen Time app and category selections used during Green Time sessions
• App settings — preferences such as week start day and onboarding status

This data remains on your device and is not sent to YBAZ GAMES or any third party.

Apple Screen Time & Family Controls

Quality Time uses Apple's Screen Time APIs (Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity) to temporarily block apps you select during Green Time sessions. These permissions are managed by Apple under their own privacy terms. We use these APIs solely to enforce your chosen app blocks during active sessions. We do not access or collect your broader Screen Time usage data.

Photo Library Access

If you choose to set a photo as a person's avatar, the App requests access to your photo library. Photos you select are saved locally within the App's storage on your device. We do not upload photos to any server.

Live Activities & Widgets

When you start a session, Quality Time may display a Live Activity on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, and update a home-screen widget. These features use data stored on your device and do not transmit information externally.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No account registration or login
• No cloud sync or backup to our servers
• No analytics or crash reporting services
• No advertising or marketing trackers
• No sale or sharing of personal information

Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you control your information. Uninstalling the App removes the data stored by Quality Time from your device. You can also delete individual people or sessions within the App at any time.

Children's Privacy

Quality Time is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
